What is Comic Create?
Comic Create is a monthly event hosted by Phoenix Comicon in various locations throughout the Valley. The event provides the public with the unique opportunity to interact with comic artists and illustrators as they work. Come grab a coffee or a soda, walk around and potentially be transformed into a comic book character yourself.

The first event will be held:
Chandler Atomic Comics (3155 West Chandler Blvd)
Sunday, November 22
From 1-4pm.

The event will feature several local comic artists:

Artist Jeff Pina draws the comic Sideways 8 Studios, http://www.sideways8studios.com.

Albert Morales is a local illustrator and painter who has worked with Fiction House Mafia. His blog is available at http://empirelegend.blogspot.com/.

Ben Glendenning is a Phoenix-area comic artist and creator, as well as the brains behind http://www.skulljammer.com. He will be working on IronMan 2 cards at the event.

The Phoenix Comicon Street Team will be on hand to answer questions about the event, to be held May 27-30, 2010 at the Phoenix Convention Center.
